Tier 1 — Sanctions (OFAC)

Comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) prohibit U.S. persons from providing services to these jurisdictions without a specific OFAC license.

Local law in the following jurisdictions prohibits or substantially restricts the use of cryptocurrency by residents.

We do not currently serve residents of the following U.S. states pending state-level licensing or regulatory clarity.
